All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. All prices are listed in CAD Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, Candlejet is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items.
Because each candle is hand-poured, slight variations in wax appearance, color, vessel placement, and fragrance intensity are normal and do not affect product quality. Customers should always follow the candle care instructions provided with each Candlejet product. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
