Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@candlejet.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll gladly make it right.

Each Candlejet candle is hand-poured in small batches.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared before shipment.
For custom orders, wholesale inquiries, or event favors, please allow up to 30 days, depending on order size.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Candle Care
Before your first burn, trim the wood wick to approximately 1/8 inch.
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn to help prevent tunneling.
Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
